Washington Wizards guard Mike James will miss the next four to five weeks after breaking a bone in his left hand.
James sustained the injury, officially a fracture of the fourth metacarpal, during Saturday's practice session. He has appeared in just one game this season, posting six points and three assists in Friday's loss to Indiana.
The 34-year-old missed the final nine games of last season with a fractured right pinky finger.
