To enter the drawing via the Internet, you must be a Subscriber of The Fresno Bee and a member of “Press Club”, The Bee’s enhanced membership club. Press Club members can enter by logging on to www.FresnoBee.com/press_club/, clicking on the Alan Jackson drawing link and filling out the online entry form. Subscribers can join Press Club by logging on to www.FresnoBee.com/press_club/. Follow the steps to register and then click on the Alan Jackson drawing link. Non-subscribers of The Fresno Bee and non-members of Press Club can enter the drawing by mailing a letter containing their name, address, and phone number (and e-mail address if have one) to: The Fresno Bee, ATTN: Press Club, 1626 E St., Fresno, CA 93786. Entrants may only enter one entry per person per week (online or mail). All entries must be received by 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17 (Wednesday, Oct. 1 – Monday, Nov. 17, 2008). “Valid Entries” are completed entries that are received during the Entry Period. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Valid entries must be submitted via the method as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entries are deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Press Club account. All mailed entries become the property of The Fresno Bee. Neither The Fresno Bee, its respective affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, or employees are responsible for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service or any other error or malfunction or late, lost illegible or misdirected entries. ELIGIBILITY

By entering into and participating in this drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this drawing. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release The Fresno Bee, its parent company, McClatchy Newspapers, Inc., its directors, employees, officers and agents, without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating in this drawing, entrants agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising form or relating to this drawing and that venue shall be only in Fresno, CA. Employees of The McClatchy Company and its respective affiliated companies; divisions, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, including The Fresno Bee, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the drawing. The Fresno Bee reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the drawing should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of The Fresno Bee corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the drawing.   7. Follow the law. Don't do anything or post anything considered illegal by city, county, state or federal regulations and laws.
