State Center foundation to recognize donors

Eleven major donors will be acknowledged tonight by the State Center Community College Foundation at the annual Heritage Society Dinner.

The foundation helps raise money for Fresno City College, Reedley College and the Willow International, Madera and Oakhurst centers.

Recognized as Legacy Makers will be the Bonner Family Foundation, Caterpillar Inc., James and Coke Hallowell, Richard and Althea Johanson, Daniel R. Martin, Pepsi Bottling Group, Quinn Company and Rinko Yoshioka. All have contributed at least $100,000.

Alden K. Edgar Trust Fund, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of California and Educational Employees Credit Union will be the first inductees into the Pillar Society for giving more than $500,000.
