Kerman High baseball star Carlos Salazar is signed, sealed and soon-to-be delivered to Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves. Salazar signed a contract Wednesday night and will report to the Braves' Gulf Coast League rookie-level team next week, his agent, Dave Meier said.
