If you are in the Tower and think artistic expression reduces your property values, I think you might want to move to the suburbs where miles of beige solids and brown accents are in vogue.

If you are the type who likes to silence artistic expression with vandalism, I know a nice jail cell wall you can scribble on.

A few rules are needed to help foster a feeling of community.   6. Be original. Do not post copyrighted material.
  7. Follow the law. Don't do anything or post anything considered illegal by city, county, state or federal regulations and laws.
