Idea to help citizens

If the American government wants to help struggling citizens, why not cancel property taxes for a year or more. I know cities would hurt, but they’ll survive.

They say a person’s house is an investment. So tax it when you sell it, or else cancel property taxes until the economy gets better.

I know. I’m daydreaming.
