The Glacier Point Road construction delays will be extended through Nov. 7 in order to complete paving on the road. For the next two weeks, construction will occur each day of the week except for Sundays.

Visitors should expect 30-minute delays as crews continue paving operations. The delays will occur between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. each day. Traffic will be released on the hour and half-hour during the paving operations.

The Glacier Point Road project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and includes rehabilitation, restoration, resurfacing and repaving of 5.1 miles of the roadway.
