Buchanan Area Orchestra holds concert

The award-winning Buchanan Area Orchestra, which includes students from Alta Sierra Intermediate and Buchanan High schools, is having its first concert of the year on Thursday.

In addition to the student musicians, the concert also includes classical guests Susan Doering (violin) and Dieter Wulfhorst (cello). Doering and Wulfhorst, who often play together as Emerald Duo, are both teachers at Fresno Pacific University. Read more →
