Two Coalinga men were arrested Saturday for allegedly stealing a man's car and personal property earlier that morning, police said.

Sgt. Manny Boulos of the Coalinga Police Department said a vehicle was reported stolen around 3:30 a.m. in the 100 block of West Elm Avenue in Coalinga. An eyewitness told police that the suspects were driving a silver Honda Civic.

The stolen vehicle was located in a vacant parking lot near the scene of the crime.

Police located the Honda Civic in the 100 block of Willow Springs Avenue and arrested its occupants. Richard Ibarra, 24, and Jose Ramirez, 20, will face multiple felony charges including auto theft and possession of stolen property. The eyewitness positively identified each man, Boulos said.
