Tyron Mister, 53, of Fresno was at a stop sign headed south at the intersection of Hayes and Shields avenues. William Melville, 63, also of Fresno, was headed east on Shields toward Hayes on his 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle at about 55 mph when Mister pulled out in front of him, the CHP said.
