Julie Tone has been appointed director of AT&T external affairs for the Central Valley. She has 21 years of experience with AT&T and will connect with Central Valley city and county policymakers from Stockton to Visalia on the company's new technology deployment and infrastructure investment in cities such as Fresno and Merced.

Jennifer Becerra has been appointed a home health aide for HealthCare California.

Keith Swinger and Latishia Sharer, a Fresno Wells Fargo home mortgage team, earned the top 10% award in the nation for April.

Norman R. Wong of Dunn, Jeffries, Hering & Wong has been elected a vice chair of the 42,000-member California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fresno State and is a member of the board of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association in Fresno.

New Faces

Chelsi Johnston has joined the Fresno Regional Workforce Investment Board as a grant writer/ research assistant.

Daniel D. Sheehan has joined Retirement Benefits Group, a nationally recognized retirement plan consulting and wealth management advisory firm. He has more than 20 years of experience and will offer retirement plan services and wealth management strategies to clients in Fresno, San Luis Obispo, San Jose, Santa Barbara and Bakersfield markets, among others.


Central Valley Community Bank has promoted four vice presidents to senior vice president. They are: Dawn Crusinberry, senior vice president, controller; Daniel Demmers, senior vice president, director of information technology; Teresa Gilio, senior vice president, central operations, and Marci Madsen, senior vice president, human resources.

Nathan Sloan has been promoted to president of B-K Lighting + TEKA Illumination. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from Fresno State.
