Visalia bank robbery suspect arrested

A Visalia bank robbery suspect was arrested Friday in Bakersfield, Visalia police said.

The suspect, Orion Johnson, 47, was booked into Kern County Jail on suspicion of robbery.

The robbery occurred Dec. 13 at a Wells Fargo on the 3700 block of South Mooney Boulevard in Visalia. Police reported that a man approached the bank teller with a gun and demanded money. The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
