Rawhide Report for 6/20: Visalia 5, San Jose 3

Getting it done: Rudy Flores supplied an RBI sacrifice fly and Fidel Pena drove in another run with a double as Visalia scored twice in the eighth to break a tie and secure a 5-3 win over San Jose in a Cal League game Friday night at Rawhide Ballpark. Enrique Burgos struck out two in the ninth for his 13th save, which ranks fourth in the California League.

Getting to know you: The teams are two games into a stretch in which they face each other eight times in the first 11 games to start the second half. It's been tight so far, with the teams splitting 14 games after Visalia's win Friday.

Up next: Visalia RH Aaron Blair (1-2, 4.26 ERA) faces San Jose RH Chris Stratton (4-6, 4.43) as the series continues at 7 p.m. Saturday.
