CARTER — Samuel Lacy Carter, 78, of Fresno died Sunday. He worked in radio advertising sales for many years. Memorial: 3 p.m. June 28 at Hope Lutheran Church. Arrangements: Farewell Funeral Service.

CARVALHO — Michael Anthony Carvalho, 66, of Tranquillity died Thursday. He was a farmer. Rosary: 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Tranquillity.
