2 northbound lanes on Highway 99 in central Fresno closing at midnight Friday

The Fresno BeeJune 20, 2014

The fast and middle lanes of northbound Highway 99 from Fresno Street to Ashlan Avenue will close from midnight Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday, Caltrans said.

Caltrans said that the closures shouldn't affect the right lane or any onramps and offramps, but motorists should use an alternate route if possible. Crews will fix various concrete and asphalt problems.

Work schedules and lane availability are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
