Police seek help to ID southeast Fresno burglary suspects

Fresno police are asking for the public's help to identify this man, who is suspected of trying to break into a southeast Fresno home on Sunday, June 15, 2014.


Police are asking for the public's help to identify two people who were chased off Sunday when a southeast Fresno resident arrived home to find the pair trying to break in through a back door.

Fresno police on Wednesday released a photo taken of one of the fleeing suspects as he tried to stop a passing car.

The resident arrived to the home near Peach and Church avenues about noon Sunday to find the two men in the backyard. The victim chased the suspects, who fled through a field to get away.

The suspect who was photographed was a black man. The other suspect was identified as a Hispanic man about 30 years old who stood about 5 feet 8 inches tall.
