Kerman residents are invited to a barbecue hosted by Sebastian, a Valley communication and information technology service provider, on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The lunch will take place at Plaza Veterans Park, located within the center divider of Madera Avenue at the south entrance to Kerman.

Sebastian will celebrate its 68th Annual Founder's Day and the event will include a free barbecue lunch, live music, bounce houses and face painting for children.

Sebastian began as a rural telephone company in 1946 and has grown to become a premier provider of integrated technology services for both residential and commercial customers from Sacramento to Bakersfield.
