Pathways Advisory Group Inc. announced that Dustin Smith has recently purchased an ownership stake in Pathways, a fee-only financial planning firm in Fresno. He will serve as vice president of the corporation.

Kaiser Permanente Fresno awarded a $76,500 grant to Fresno United Neighborhoods "FUN" to provide children with free swim lessons at five neighborhood pools and $15,000 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fresno County to provide physical activities and nutritious snacks at the Fink-White Neighborhood Center.

Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group staff engineers Chris Ingle, Jonathan Jensen and Scott Hamm have passed the California Professional Civil Engineering Exam.

Bluff View Private Preschool and Kindergarten raised $2,180 for Children's Hospital Central California through a silent auction and change drive.

CNBC has named Fresno-based Regency Investment Advisors as No. 10 on its list of Top 100 Fee-Only Wealth Management Firms in the United States.

Nancy Conway has joined March of Dimes as executive director for the Central Valley of the California Chapter. She has more than 30 years of community service, fund development, business management and community relations experience.

Frank Gallegos has joined Cen Cal Business Finance Group as executive director. He has more than 26 years of banking experience in the Central Valley.

Promotions

Sahab Hobab has been promoted to director of marketing and advertising at Deli Delicious Franchising Inc.

N. Bobby Zermeno of Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group has been promoted to project engineer.

Kim Waterman has been promoted to general manager at Manheim Central California.
