Volleyball: U.S. women's team goes to 3-0 at Pan American Cup

The U.S. women's national volleyball team continued to roll at the Pan American Cup in Mexico City, beating Puerto Rico 25-18, 25-13, 25-17 to improve to 3-0 in Pool B.

Bailey Webster (University of Texas) led the way with 13 kills and four blocks. Former Buchanan High and University of San Diego standout Chloe Ferrari came off the bench in the third set but did not record a kill or block.

The U.S. concludes pool play at 5 p.m. Saturday against Costa Rica.

The Pan American Cup playoffs begin Tuesday, with the championship match Thursday.
