Rawhide Report for 6/11: Visalia 8, Inland Empire 6

The big rip: Ronnie Freeman hit a two-out, full-count double to right, scoring Steve McQuail with the tying run and Rudy Flores and Raul Navarro with the go-ahead runs in the top of the seventh as the visiting Visalia Rawhide rallied past the Inland Empire 66ers for an 8-6 California League win on Wednesday.

Rally time: The Rawhide trailed 6-2 before scoring five in the seventh, including an RBI double by Alex Glenn and a run-scoring single by McQuail.

Finishing it off: Visalia's Kyle Winkler, J.R. Bradley and Enrique Burgos each worked a scoreless inning of relief.

Up next: Rawhide RH Braden Shipley (4-2, 3.74) takes on 66ers RH Elliot Morris (1-1, 5.65) at 7:05 p.m. Thursday at Inland Empire.
