The Granville Home of Hope drawing will be held on Wednesday.

The Fresno builder has raised more than $2.7 million for charity since 2006 by raffling off a house once a year. The recipients are:

-- Community Food Bank

-- Poverello House

-- Hinds Hospice

-- Assistance League

-- Renaissance Scholars at Fresno State

-- The Foundations for Clovis, Sanger and Central Schools

The nonprofit organizations will join Granville and local dignitaries for tours of the house at 6 p.m. The drawing will be held at 7 p.m. The grand prize winner will have the option of choosing the house or $100,000 in cash.

This year’s home is located at 11328 N. Blue Sage Ave., in northeast Fresno’s Copper River Ranch neighborhood. The 1,301-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage-style house has granite countertops, an alarm system and Granville’s Eco-Smart technology.

The $100 tickets are available over the phone at (559) 440-8384 until 4 p.m. Wednesday and at the Home of Hope until 5 p.m. unless sold out before then.
