Members of the Fresno Jim Savage Chapter #1852 E Clampus Vitus organization unveiled a monument for Kogestu-Do Confectionery to commemorate the business's 100th year of operation. Lynn Ikeda still operates the confectionery her grandparents opened in 1915 with the same traditional Japanese mochi and manju pastries they made almost 100 years ago.
