Corcoran police arrest man for lewd and lascivious acts

The Fresno BeeJune 5, 2014

Corcoran police arrested a man this week who they believe exposed himself and harassed several teenage girls in the city in March.

Police say a man later identified by investigators as Carlos Gin allegedly harassed at least four girls on March 3. Officers didn't find Gin in Corcoran that day but later learned that he had been arrested in Shafter on a charge of indecent exposure.

When Gin was released Monday from Kern County Jail, Corcoran authorities arrested him and booked him on charges including lewd and lascivious acts, indecent exposure and annoying or molesting a child. He's being held in Kings County Jail on $585,000 bail.
