Two women reportedly belonging to the College Street Bulldog gang were captured Thursday soon after Fresno police put out the word they were wanted in connection with a strong-arm robbery.

Sgt. Mark Hudson said the victim was standing in front of Leavenworth Elementary School on Thomas Avenue just east of Cedar Avenue when the crime occurred May 8.

The women, identified as Anisa Orabuena, 19, and Casandra "Cassiee" Salcedo, allegedly approached the victim from behind and hit her in the face while shouting "College Street."

Hudson said Orabuena reached into the victim's pocket and stole a cellphone. The victim sustained facial injuries. The women reportedly bragged about the crime on a Facebook page while making threats against the victim.
