An early morning fire destroyed a recreational vehicle and caused at least $250,000 in damage to a commercial building in Sanger, a Cal Fire spokesman said.
The fire started just before 4 a.m. Sunday in the 3200 block of South Sanger Avenue. It seemed to have started in the recreational vehicle, which was parked next to the building, said spokesman Ryan Michaels, but no cause has been determined yet.
The fire spread into the building's attic space causing significant damage, Michaels said.
Firefighters from the Sanger Fire Department also responded.
