Clovis chamber to hear student business plans

Students in the Clovis Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurs Academy will present their businesses in the center court of the Sierra Vista Mall on Saturday.

The high school students spent 30 weeks learning about entrepreneurship and creating business plans and ideas in the training program. They will showcase their products and services from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the chamber's trade show. A graduation ceremony will be held on June 3.

The Clovis Chamber is also recruiting middle and high school students for next year's YEA! class which starts in October. For more information visit or call (559) 299-7363.
