Premier Valley Bank will pay a cash dividend of 7 cents per share to its stock owners in June.

The Fresno-based bank's board of directors last week approved the dividend, which will be paid on June 13 to shareholders who own stock as of June 2. The dividend will amount to a payout of about $893,000, based on the recent trading price of Premier Valley's common stock.

Bank president/CEO J. Mike McGowan said this is the 16th consecutive quarter that Premier Valley has provided a cash dividend.
