Three students honored for dedication to agriculture

Three students from Fresno and Clovis will be honored by Assembly Member Jim Patterson, R-Fresno, for their dedication to the future of Central Valley agriculture.

Two Fresno State students, Navreet Kaur Mahal and Touyee Thao, and Clovis East High School student Macy Perry will be recognized in a ceremony June 6 at Patterson's 23rd District field office at 6245 N. Fresno St., Suite 106, in Fresno. The ceremony will start at 6 p.m.

The honors are part of Patterson's Agriculture Science Awards in his district.
