New physical fitness classes starting soon for seniors

For seniors age 55 and older, there's a 50% off discount available. Register NOW before Friday, June 6 at Fresno Adult School’s Community Education Department. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Register NOW for physical fitness classes, starting next month, at Manchester Mall.

 

Classes go from Monday, July 7 to Friday, Aug. 29 at Fresno Adult School’s Community Education Department (upstairs, next to food court).

  • Physical Fitness, 8 to 9 .m., Mon/Wed/Fri for a total of 24 classes
  • Physical Fitness, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m., Mon/Wed/Fri for a total of 24 classes
  • Stretch, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Tuesday for a total of 8 classes
  • Aerobics, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Thursday for a total of 8 classes
  • Tai Chi (Modified), 8:35 to 9:35 a.m., Tues/Thurs for a total of 16 classes
  • Yoga for Health & Wellness, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Mon/Wed for a total of 16 classes
  • Dancercise, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Tues/Wed/Thurs for a total of 24 classes
  • Ballroom Dance (all levels, no partner required), 11 to 12:30 p.m., Mon/Wed/Fri for a total of 24 classes
  • Ballroom Dance (all levels, no partner required), 7 to 8 p.m, Friday for a total of 8 classes
  • Line Dance (all levels no partner required), 9:40 to 11:10 a.m., Tues/Thurs for a total of 16 classes
  • Line Dance (all levels, no partner required), 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Friday for a total of 8 classes
  • West Coast Swing, (all levels, no partner required), 11:15 to 12:15 a.m., Tues/Thurs for a total of 18 classes
  • Beginning Tap Dance12:40 to 1:40 p.m., Monday for a total of 7 classes (no class July 14)
