Tulare woman found, had disappeared Friday

Update: Visalia Police Sgt. Ozzie Dominguez says Brittany Ann Gallegos has been found. No other information was provided.


A 24-year-old Tulare woman has gone missing and Visalia police are asking for the public's help to find her.

The last time family spoke with missing Brittany Ann Gallegos was around 3 p.m. Friday. Her car was located in the parking lot of the Visalia Holiday Inn, on the 9000 block of West Airport Drive, on Friday night, police said.

Gallegos told her family on Friday afternoon that she was headed to Mineral King Bowl stadium in Visalia to attend her College of the Sequoias graduation ceremony. When family traveled to the stadium Friday, they said they discovered the ceremony had been held the day before.

Gallegos has not been seen or contacted since she left her Tulare residence.
