Investigation continues for fatal Highway 168 collision east of Clovis

The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate a fatal crash Thursday on Highway 168 east of Clovis.

A passenger in a Honda Accord that collided with a Ford pickup died. The Fresno County Coroner's Office on Friday identified the woman killed in the crash as 28-year-old Sandra Little of Fresno.

The CHP identified the Honda's driver as Lawana S. Davis, 35, of Clovis and the pickup driver as Patricio Villalvazo, 51, of Fresno.

A 15-year-old boy in the car sustained major injuries. Another Honda passenger, David Latham, 35, of Clovis sustained minor injuries. Villalvazo and his passenger, Milthon Banegas, 26, were not injured.

The collision took place just after 8 a.m. on the highway, several miles east of where the freeway ends.
