Central Valley Community Bank parent to pay 5-cent dividend

Central Valley Community Bancorp, the Fresno-based parent company of Central Valley Community Bank, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable on June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 13.

Central Valley Community Bancorp trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol CVCY. The 25-year-old bank runs 21 full-service offices in Clovis, Exeter, Fresno, Kerman, Lodi, Madera, Merced, Modesto, Oakhurst, Prather, Sacramento, Stockton, Tracy and Visalia. It also has commercial real estate, Small Business Administration and agribusiness lending departments.
