Rescued chihuahuas will find new homes in Minnesota

Local animal rescue groups, with the help of an ASPCA grant, are sending 42 rescued chihuahuas from local shelters to Minnesota, which apparently is short of that breed of dog. The chihuahuas would have been euthanized otherwise since there are so many in the Fresno area. Some of the dogs are also being sent to Oregon.
