Stickies: Scoopys Best in Show, Best Drama, Best Director

High school students and film enthusiasts were honored Saturday, May 3, 2014, at The Scoopys: The Fresno Bee Student Film Festival. The festival, held at Tower Theatre, featured nearly 60 student-made films and was followed by an awards show honoring winners in nine categories. This is the first year The Bee has held the festival. The Scoopys were created in partnership with the Community Media Access Collaborative (CMAC) as a way to encourage high school-age filmmakers in the craft.
