MADERA COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES: Frisco is an 8 pound poodle and is 4 years old.  He is newly groomed as he came to the shelter with a horribly matted coat.  If you’re a poodle lover, Frisco is your boy.  He is already neutered and ready for his new family. There is a $100 adoption fee, and additional $10 fee for a microchip. To submit an application for this pet please go to: Madera County Animal Services, 14269 Road 28 Madera, CA 93638. Shelter Hours: Stray Building: Mon-Fri: 10 am-4 pm; Adoption Center : Mon-Fri: Noon-4 p.m.; All: Saturday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

CAT HOUSE ON THE KINGS: Akiko is a 1 year old Torbie that after being adopted was left behind when her person moved. She still has her wonderful purr, she is loving, friendly and sweet ... she just doesn't understand why she was abandoned and is back in our adoption center. She has amazing coloring and markings and an easy-care silky-soft coat. She just needs a permanent, loving stable home where she can be cherished and appreciated for the wonderful kitty that she is. She really does deserve a second chance ... let's get her a wonderful home!You can come in and meet Akiko at the Cat House on the Kings Adoption Center inside Petco at 4144 N. Blackstone at Ashlan in Fresno. You will be required to fill out an adoption application online at The adoption center at Petco is open daily 10am-5:00pm and Wednesday 10am-6:00pm.
