Cinco de Mayo parade set in Visalia

The fifth annual Cinco de Mayo festival and parade will be held Saturday in Visalia.

Sponsored by the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the event begins with a parade at 10:30 a.m. in downtown Visalia.
