Parkinson's walk to be held in Visalia

The seventh annual Parkinson's walk by the Central Valley Parkinson's Support Group takes place Saturday in Visalia.

The walk honors Ed Lagrutta, a long-time music educator at Visalia schools who retired when the disease progressed.

It takes place from 9 a.m. to noon at Blain Park on South Court Street.

Lunch for donors will be provided by Vintage Press, Domino's, Olive Garden and Marie Callender's. Information: Marilyn Swanson, (559) 732-1056.
