Storm damages three Visalia homes

The Visalia Fire Department responded Friday evening to three separate reports of trees falling on houses, causing approximately $20,000 in damages.

Visalia Fire Department Battalion Chief Darrin Hughes said that the trees fell in the 100 block of Northeast First Street, the 100 block of South Elm Street and the 2300 block of South Dollner Street.

There were no injuries, but utility companies were called in to fixed damaged electrical lines and a damaged gas line.
