Cold War continues: FX has ordered a 13-episode third season of its drama "The Americans." The final episodes of the second season can be seen at 10 p.m. Wednesdays on the cable channel.

Set in 1981 just after Ronald Reagan is elected president, "The Americans," starring Keri Russell, Matthew Rhys and Noah Emmerich, is a drama series about the complex marriage of two KGB spies posing as Americans in suburban Washington, D.C.

In its first season, "The Americans" was the most critically acclaimed new program of 2013, winning the Television Critics Association Award for Outstanding New Program. It was honored by the American Film Institute (AFI) as one of the Programs of the Year for 2013 and earned two Emmy nominations, four Broadcast Television Journalist Association (BTJA) award nominations, a record seven Television Critics Association (TCA) Award nominations and a Writers Guild Award nomination for New Series.

Something to talk about: Two-time Oscar nominee Jeremy Renner will narrate the three-night event series, "The World Wars," premiering at 9 p.m. May 26 on History.

The series tells the story of three devastating decades of war told through the eyes of the powerful men who held the fate of humankind in their hands. The series examines the two wars as one contiguous timeline starting in 1914 and concluding in 1945 with these unique individuals coming of age in World War I before ultimately making some of the toughest decisions in the history of mankind in World War II.

The gang's all here: All 11 co-hosts of ABC's "The View" will share the same stage at 11 am. May 15 to honor the show's creator, Barbara Walters. The following day, after more than five decades of informing generations of Americans, Walters says goodbye to daily television, commemorating her final co-host appearance on "The View" that morning.

Walters is the last remaining co-host of the original panel of five women she helped assemble.

The group will include Meredith Vieira, Star Jones, Joy Behar, Debbie Matenopoulos, Lisa Ling, Rosie O'Donnell, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Sherri Shepherd, Jenny McCarthy, Whoopi Goldberg and Walters.
