Fresno State honors bus victims with lowered flag

The United States and California flags will hang at half-staff on the California State University, Fresno campus until Tuesday to memorialize the victims of the April 10 bus crash in Northern California.

A bus carrying prospective students and their chaperones to California State University, Humboldt crashed before reaching the campus, killing 10 and injuring more than 30. California State University System Chancellor Timothy P. White issued a systemwide message Friday and Fresno State President Joseph I. Castro ordered the flags lowered.
