Fresno Chaffee Zoo welcomes a baby peccary

The Fresno Chaffee Zoo has a new baby Chacoan peccary.

The as yet unnamed peccary was born on March 28.

The animal, once considered extinct, is native to the hot, dry areas of Paraguay, Bolivia and Argentina.
