Fresno County library volunteers to be honored

The Fresno County Public Library will honor its volunteers from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Plaza Ballroom, 2200 Tulare St. in downtown.

The library had 807 volunteers contribute 43,048 hours at all library branches in 2013. These volunteers included youth, adults, retirees, and therapy dogs.
