WOODSIDE HOMES — Woodside Homes

Utah-based Woodside Homes announced that it has bought 262 lots in Tulare to build homes for four new phases of Tulare's Palm Ranch subdivision, near Mission Oak High School.

In a press statement, the company said the new project will be a follow-up to its adjacent Villapaseo development. Some of the new homes will have updated floor plans from the Villapaseo project, which includes homes with two to six bedrooms and 2,127 square feet to 3,146 square feet. Villapaseo base prices range from $262,000 to $333,000.

On larger lots, Woodside said it plans to introduce a second line of homes.

Woodside plans to start selling in the new phases by the middle of this year.
