The increasing availability of inexpensive handheld laser pointers presents a growing concern for aircraft pilots, as more people flash them at airplanes and helicopters. Officer Ken Schneider, a Fresno Police Department helicopter pilot, talks about his experiences with laser strikes while on nighttime air patrols. Video by Fresno Bee reporter Tim Sheehan.
