It was a warm 81 on the first day of spring Thursday in Fresno.

Signs of spring were everywhere, from fresh green leaves to remaining purple, pink and white blooms on trees around the Valley. Joggers were out in force in some neighborhoods.

Partly cloudy and sun-filled days with temperatures in the mid-70s are forecast for the next few days.
