The California Department of Transportation in cooperation with Papich Construction will have night lane closures of northbound and southbound Highway 99 in Goshen in Tulare County next week.

One lane of northbound Highway 99 between Highway 198 and Avenue 280 will be closed Sunday night (March 16) from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for highway construction, Caltrans said.

One southbound highway 99 between Betty Drive and Highway 198 will also be closed March 16 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for pavement rehabilitation.

During these closures, Highway 99 will be reduced to one lane in each direction, Caltrans said.

Caltrans said to expect delays. Motorists are encouraged to take alternative routes when possible.

California Highway Patrol will be on site to assist with traffic control.
