Fresno City put together two seven-run innings and amassed 18 hits to beat West Hills 18-0 in a Central Valley Conference game Thursday night at Euless Park.
Connor Brogdon pitched six innings, giving up two hits and striking out nine to pick up his first win for the Rams.
Justin Flores hit a three-run homer over the right-field wall to open the scoring in the third for the Rams (6-6, 2-0), who travel to West Hills on Saturday to complete the three-game series.

** Kelley Dillon's double sparked a three-run fourth inning for the College of Sequoias baseball team, which went on to defeat Reedley 5-2 in a Central Valley Conference game.
Dillon went 3 for 5 with a two-run single in the seventh to seal Sequoias' (8-4, 2-0) second consecutive victory against Reedley (4-7, 0-2). The teams play the final series game at 1 p.m. Saturday in Visalia.
** Porterville lost its seventh game in a row, falling 4-1 at Antelope Valley.
Softball: Reedley falls in ninth
The Reedley College softball team lost to San Joaquin Delta 5-2 in nine innings.
Brooke Malcolm hit 4 for 4 with a home run and three RBIs for the Mustangs (7-1). Stephanie Cantu and Demi Balbine each hit 2 for 3 with two singles and an RBI for the Tigers (4-5).
