The Central Valley Tea Party will hold a rally for water at Fresno Yosemite International Airport to coincide with President Barack Obama's visit to Fresno Friday.
The airport rally will go from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Tea party members will ask for Obama's help in addressing drought-related issues in California.
Meanwhile, Peace Fresno will hold its own protest from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. on Clinton Avenue across from the airport's entrance. The anti-war group will be demonstrating on a variety of causes, including opposition to drone strikes and the National Security Agency and in support of homeless aid and immigration reform.
