Woman killed in Visalia collision ID'd

A woman who died in a traffic accident in Visalia has been identified as Kathleen Harrah, 60, of Hanford, Visalia police said Thursday.

About 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Tiffany Miller, 32, was driving south on Plaza Drive and turning east onto Goshen Avenue in a Toyota Prius, police said. Her vehicle collided with a Ford van that was northbound on Plaza and driven by Paul Frank, 61.

Miller and two passengers were taken to a local hospital. The injuries to Miller and Terecia Franzen, 24, were minor but Harrah, who was the other passenger, sustained major head injuries and died.

Police are investigating the crash.
