Two suspects were arrested Wednesday after police found about 2.5 ounces of methamphetamine in a Visalia home during a search, police said.
While searching the home located in the 700 block of North Bridge Street, authorities said they also found packaging material, currency and other items indicative of drug sales.
Police said there were two children in the house at the time. The 32-year-old mother, who owned the home, was booked into the Tulare County Jail on suspicion of child endangerment.
A 30-year-old man was also in the house during the search and was booked into the Tulare County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, drug sales, maintaining a residence for drug sales and for selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a homeless shelter.
